Pilot for new Patient Discharge Summary goes live at Swindon and Marlborough NHS Trust

Over the last few weeks WCI has been working in partnership with Swindon and Marlborough NHS Trust to develop an electronic discharge summary to help improve the patient discharge process.

The pilot scheme successfully went live on the 16th May and will continue over the next six weeks.
